Our strengths are numerous. First of all, one of the peculiarities of our oil company that we are particularly proud of is the use for the production of the extra virgin olive oil<\/strong> <\/a>of innovative, state-of-the-art techniques that allow us to work in a completely sustainable way, reducing, indeed going to zero impact on the environment altogether. We have achieved this through different, wise arrangements from an eco-sustainable<\/strong> point of view, such as reusing production waste as fuel, as fertilizer and as a supplement in animal feed, or obtaining from the photovoltaic system the energy needed for the production plant. In addition, with modern facilities we have managed to reduce the water consumption required for extra virgin olive oil production while improving the quality of<\/strong> the final product. A combination of care for the environment and pursuit of high quality standards that is the perfect summary of all that is Congedi extra virgin olive oil. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Olio Congedi<\/strong>, throughout its long history, has been a Salento-based company<\/strong> that has always distinguished itself by its desire to always and unceasingly improve the extra virgin olive oil<\/strong> <\/a>that it proudly produces, starting from the care of the olive tree<\/strong> to the production and subsequent storage of the Salento extra virgin olive oil<\/strong> <\/a>, which takes place under controlled temperature and in stainless steel tanks, then storing it under nitrogen, to ensure high quality to the product during storage and packaging.

Family tradition has played a fundamental role in the history of our business, because it has allowed the passing down of knowledge and secrets of ancient genesis that have survived the passage of time, giving today to our land, the Salento<\/strong> <\/a>, the possibility of having an artisanal product<\/strong>, typical of Salento<\/strong>, which not only meets the needs of innovation and sustainability of the market, but has a quid that makes it unique and distinguishable from all others: the strength of tradition<\/strong>.
