{"id":2666,"date":"2025-09-30T09:09:27","date_gmt":"2025-09-30T09:09:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/frantoiocongedi.com\/octopus-salad\/"},"modified":"2026-01-13T14:28:44","modified_gmt":"2026-01-13T14:28:44","slug":"octopus-salad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/frantoiocongedi.com\/en\/octopus-salad\/","title":{"rendered":"Octopus salad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<br\/>&#8211; Already cleaned octopus &#8211; 500 gr<br\/>&#8211; Carrots 1<br\/>&#8211; Celery 1 rib<br\/>&#8211; Small onions &#8211; 1<br\/>&#8211; Parsley 1 tuft<br\/>&#8211; Salt to taste<br\/>&#8211; Black pepper to taste<br\/>&#8211; Lemon juice, 2 teaspoons<br\/>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oliocongedi.com\/it\/olio.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Extra virgin olive oil Congedi<\/a>, 3 tablespoons<br\/><strong>Preparation<\/strong><br\/>Wash and clean the carrot and celery. Peel the onion, put the vegetables in a large pot with salted water.<br\/>When it starts to boil, you must hold the octopus by the &#8220;head&#8221; and dip only the tentacles and pull it up, you must dip it and pull it up 3 or 4 times so that the tentacles curl up.
