Les pucce de Salento \u00e9taient pr\u00e9par\u00e9s avec les quelques ingr\u00e9dients disponibles \u00e0 la maison et consomm\u00e9s dans les champs pendant les journ\u00e9es de travail. Nous les proposons alla pizzaiola, vous avez la recette.    <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><br \/>&#8211; 350 g de farine 00<br \/>&#8211; 150 g de farine de manitoba<br \/>&#8211; 320 g de pur\u00e9e de tomates<br \/>&#8211; 1 oignon<br \/>&#8211; 120 g d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oliocongedi.com\/it\/olio.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">huile d&rsquo;olive extra vierge Congedi<\/a><br \/>&#8211; 6 g de levure de bi\u00e8re<br \/>&#8211; 20 g de sel<br \/>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oliocongedi.com\/it\/olive-celline-denocciolate-in-olio-extra-vergine-di-oliva.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">olives noires \u00ab\u00a0Congedi\u00a0\u00bb <\/a>au go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Proc\u00e9dure :<\/strong><br \/>&#8211; Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez les farines et ajoutez la pur\u00e9e de tomates<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oliocongedi.com\/it\/olio.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive extra vierge de Salento Congedi<\/a> et la levure.<br \/>&#8211; P\u00e9trissez vigoureusement \u00e0 la main ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un batteur plan\u00e9taire, puis ajoutez les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oliocongedi.com\/it\/olive-celline-denocciolate-in-olio-extra-vergine-di-oliva.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">olives d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es<\/a>, l&rsquo;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 et le sel. Continuez \u00e0 p\u00e9trir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne.   <br \/>&#8211; Laissez lever pendant plus de 2 heures (le volume doit doubler), couvert d&rsquo;un torchon propre, dans un endroit chaud.<br \/>&#8211; Farinez le plan de travail et d\u00e9posez la p\u00e2te, qui sera divis\u00e9e en plusieurs morceaux.<br \/>&#8211; Placez les p\u00e2tons sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie farin\u00e9e ou tapiss\u00e9e de papier sulfuris\u00e9.
