Organic extra virgin olive oil

Olive variety: composed of the selection of Ogliarola Salentina and Leccino varieties harvested in November.
Sensory Profile: the result is an extra virgin olive oil with medium fruitiness, which has distinct vegetal hints on the nose and is firm and persistent on the palate. Medium fruity with great complexity, it releases hints of artichoke and green olive.
Pairings: medium- to large-bodied dishes such as first courses with vegetables, white meats, tuna and swordfish carpaccio, and grilled fish or vegetables.
