The extra virgin olive oil “Cento Grand Cru” is the emblem of the olive oil excellence of Frantoio Oleario Congedi. The label celebrates 100 years of history of the Congedi Family, which for over a century has been cultivating and processing the prince fruit of Salento: the olive.

The oil “Cento Grand Cru” is defined by experts in the field as one of the highest expressions of quality extra virgin olive oil. Through the union of the three monovarietals (Coratina, Frantoio and Leccino), the Azienda Olearia Congedi best expresses the characteristics of the vintage according to the principle of QUALITY during the entire production cycle.
