Since 1917, the primary objective of the Congedi Oil Mill has been to achieve a high Quality Standard. Today, the mill guarantees food safety and hygienic-sanitary qualities that distinguish each stage of the production, processing and preparation processes until the finished product is obtained, and allows the consumer to follow, through the certified supply chain traceability system, the movements of his product, from its origin to its commercial destination, following the raw material from the field to the finished packaged product.

A system, this one, which is fundamental because it makes it possible to guarantee greater transparency and the right information to the final consumer, who is demanding to know the exact place of production of the olives and their subsequent processing in the mill. The mill also has achieved certification according to the BRC and IFS International Food Safety Standards, now a fundamental requirement demanded by many European retail chains.
