Maritati of Senatore Cappelli wheat – 500 g

Knowing how to make pasta has represented for many generations the proof of reaching the maturity necessary to tie the knot.
For centuries, mothers have passed on technical secrets and recipes to their daughters to be sure they would bring a dish to the table even in times of crisis. Not infrequently, therefore, the shapes of the pasta are reminiscent of anatomical parts of the couple.
This is the case with maritati, which brings together orecchiette (a symbol of femininity) and macaroni (a symbol of virility). Our product is dried for 48 h and at low temperature and processed with Italian “Senatore Cappelli” wheat.
