The Salento-based oil company of the Congedi family will take part in the food festival during the days of May, proudly displaying its extra virgin olive oil, an oil from Puglia, grown in Salento, at Hall 7 and Stand number 21. The strength of Olio Congedi lies in the combination of tradition and innovation: the experience of more than a century of family business is combined with the search for continuous modernization of production facilities and techniques for transforming the raw material into finished product. This endeavor is the result of the desire to progressively improve the production cycle, continuously searching for the most suitable innovative solutions to protect the environment, the very precious Salento territory, in an increasingly eco-sustainable perspective. The passion for the family business has been handed down from father to son for four generations in the Congedi oil mill: it is the secret ingredient that makes the end result even better , tastier and more delicious.
