Today, thanks to the H.A.C.C.P. Self Control System, we are able to guarantee the Food Safety and Hygienic-Sanitary Qualities of the Apulian oil that distinguish each phase of the Production, Processing and Preparation processes until obtaining theextra virgin olive oil.

Remaining on the subject of Food Safety ofApulia Oil, obtaining the UNI EN ISO 22005: 2008 Certification allows the Consumer to follow, through the Traceability System, the movements of His Product, from its origin to its commercial destination, following the Raw Material starting from the field, from the Olives, to the mill, up to the finished packaged Product. A System, this one, fundamental because it allows to guarantee greater transparency and the right information to the final Consumer about theextra virgin olive oil, demanding to know the exact place of production of the Olives and their subsequent processing in the Oil Mill.

For the Consumer, also of importance is the Certification of 100% Italian” Product olive oil from Salento, that is, obtained exclusively from Olives harvested and milled in Italy, all in order to give anidentity to the Product through the indication of theOrigin of the Raw Material and the Country where its processing took place. The Product “100% Italian” has always been a guarantee that underwrites the genuineness of Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The KOSHER Certification reflects what is the Company ethics of “Frantoio Oleario Congedi Luigi”, which strives to be able to meet and guarantee the needs of all Consumers of extra virgin olive oil from Puglia. Kosher or Kasher in Hebrew means “Suitable” and, in reference to Our Salento Extra Virgin Olive Oil, makes it suitable to be considered as food prepared in accordance with the food rules of the Jewish Religion, because it is Produced in compliance with the strict Qualitative Standards imposed by Jewish Doctrine.
