Olio Congedi

The story began back in 1917 in Apulia thanks to the stubbornness of Luce Damiani a tenacious woman who was able to manage the Apulian olive groves she inherited from her father and create one of the largest extra virgin olive oil production plants.

Of his seven children, the eldest son Antonio Congedi, a master oil miller, continued the activity carried on by his mother by innovating the process of transforming extra virgin olive oil PGI Puglia. In 1989 the business passed into the hands of Luigi, his eldest son, who, following his father's advice, combines quality, tradition and technological innovation, always trying to offer the best extra virgin olive oil DOP Terra D'Otranto.
